Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Every order is handled with care, and while most of our customers are happy with their purchase, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • When contacting us, please include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. Please wait for instructions from our customer care team before shipping anything back.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Free of stains, alterations, or customer-caused damage
  • Returned in original condition with tags/packaging where applicable

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Intimates (underwear, tights, swimsuits, pajamas, socks, face masks) for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as final sale or samples
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Customized or made-to-order items that were produced according to the specifications provided at checkout
  • Items refused due to customer error (incorrect shipping address, phone number, etc.)

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer freight-to-collect service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued in the currency of your original purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for processing.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders not yet in production may be canceled in full.
  • If your order has entered production but has not shipped, shipping charges may be canceled and refunded.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Delayed or Lost Orders

We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time. Production and shipping timelines may vary depending on item type and order size:

  • Standard orders: Typically processed within 3–7 business days and shipped no later than the 8th business day.
  • Bulk orders: Typically processed within 7–15 business days and shipped no later than the 16th business day.

If no shipping or tracking details are provided by the end of these timelines, you may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of the product price.

Please note: delays caused by customer changes (design modifications, incorrect address, etc.) are not eligible for compensation.

Claims Window

  • All claims for defective or misprinted items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
